Here is our video Christmas Card.  We want to wish you a very Merry Christmas from our house to yours.  This is some sleigh riding video I took the last couple of years.  The sleigh was my grandad's.  He gave it to because he knew I was interested in horses.  After my dad and I fixed it up, I took him and my grandmother for a ride in it at Christmas.  Now I take my children and my parents for rides in it each Christmas.  Click the link to watch the video. It is on Youtube.

Everything is coming up roses.

It was time to get Sam into bed, but I told Sarah,  "Hold on just one minute Honey, the light is perfect outside for some pictures of the roses."  After such a rough, dry summer these little flowers were still blooming.  So I took a few shots in the evening sun.  I I am glad I did within a few days it began snowing...  I have sure enjoyed my roses.  I hope you do too.

Ellie Broke Her Arm Today . . .

Ellie broke her arm today on her pogo stick. She was "sticking" on a dirty floor and slipped on the sand, landed with her left arm twisted behind her. She was such a trooper. We are very thankful she did not need surgery. However, the orthopedic surgeon said it could not be cast, so she will be in a sling for 6-8 weeks (if all goes well). No P.E., sports or gymnastics for Ellie :( for awhile.
